SEA PROPERTIES
According to Foros Estate Agency the cheapest properties at the Bulgarian Black Sea trade for about 850-900 Euros per square metre, while a property on the sea front in Nessebar sells for 1700 Euros per square metre. The apartments in Sunny Beach – East sell for 1650 Euros per square metre, while prices at Sunny Beach – West are significantly less at 950 Euros per square metre. Because of the great number of new apartment offered on the market in 2007 and 2008 prices have dropped.
